PropLivo is a real estate platform that allows users to:

• Browse and search for properties
• List properties for sale or rent
• Connect with property consultants, builders, and developers
• Share property information and professional profiles
• Communicate with other users through the platform

👤 User Accounts

📝 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person is allowed

🔐 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You may not share your account credentials with others

🚫 User Conduct

⚠️ Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the App

🏘️ Property Listings

• You must have the legal right to list properties
• All property information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You must own or have permission to use all uploaded photos
• You are responsible for the accuracy of property details

🏢 Professional Users

If you register as a Property Consultant, Builder, or Developer:

• You must provide accurate professional credentials
• You must maintain valid licenses and certifications
• You are responsible for compliance with real estate regulations
• Your professional profile may be publicly visible

📜 Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by PropLivo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

📤 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the App.

🔒 Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

⚠️ Disclaimers

💰 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropLivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropLivo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

🚪 Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account at any time
• You may delete your account at any time
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
• Some provisions survive termination

📝 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or email.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
